Working for a leading software organisation, this Head of Product Management role will take the strategic position of heading up and leading the Product Management function which includes two main software products. The company will ultimately have plans for growth across these two product teams overtime and will require someone with a strong background as both a Product Manager and leading a Product Management function in an Agile/Scrum environment. This will include helping the business evolve its Product Management function for setting up frameworks, defining ways of working, how they work with internal teams and external customers. There's a blend of strategic goals and helping on the day-to-day operations. This Head of Product position will work closely with the other senior management and liaise closely with the software development & testing functions as well as other key stakeholders across the group.

Required Skills:

- Excellent experience within product management and the product management lifecycle

- Strong experience of leading and growing a product management team

- Experience of setting up & defining working frameworks

- Excellent experience of working in an Agile / Scrum environment

- Excellent communication & stakeholder management experience

This position would suit a Head or Product Management / Senior Product Manager / Director of Product Management, who has strong experience of leading and growing a Product Management team in an Agile/Scrum environment.
