Golang Tech Lead / Principle Developer, with good experience of leading a small team and developing in Go / Golang, is required for a leading organisation. The role is home based + travel to office twice per month. Salary is ranging from £85,000 - £95,000.

Working for a leading organisation

£85,000 - £95,000

Working in the software development team of a leading organisation, the Golang Tech Lead / Principle Developer will be responsible for leading a small team of developers which remaining technically hands on. Circa 70% of your time will be hands on coding. The company are transitioning the backend services to Go/Golang and this Tech Lead having a significant say in the direction of the project, architectural decisions and key technology choices.

Required Skills:

- Excellent software development background with good experience of developing in Go / Golang

- Good experience in leading a small team / mentoring / coaching junior staff members

- Excellent communication & stakeholder management experience

This position would suit a Tech Lead / Technical Lead / Lead Developer / Principle Developer / Software Manager / Head of Software / Development Manager, who has strong Go/Golang development experience and experience in leading small development teams.

This Golang Tech Lead / Principle Developer position is looking to start ASAP and will be a home based position, visiting their London office twice per month. This position will be paying from £85,000 - £95,000, depending upon background and experience.
