Entry Level IT Support Analyst, is required for a growing IT Managed Service Provider, based in the New Forest, paying from £15,000 - £20,000.

Working for a growing technology service provider

£15,000 - £20,000, depending upon background and experience.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who's looking to gain their first role in IT support, or has a few months of commercial experience who's looking to join a company who'll give lots of training and career development.

This will be a service desk support role, providing technical IT support to the external customers. The technical environment includes Active Directory, Windows Server, O365, Azure and networking topology.

Required Skills:

- Apprenticeship / Traineeship within IT, infrastructure of support

- Perhaps circa 6-12 months commercial experience within IT support, however this is not essential

- Experience/understanding of Windows Server, Active Directory and Office 365

- Excellent communication & stakeholder management experience

This position would suit an IT Technician / Service Desk Analyst / Support Analyst, or someone without commercial experience but with a traineeship/apprenticeship who is looking to get into IT support.

This IT Support Analyst position is looking to start ASAP, will be based in the New Forest, Hampshire, paying from £15,000 - £20,000, depending upon background and experience.
