Working for a leading organisation who are providing IT support to end customers, the Desktop Support Technician will be responsible for supporting desktop users and devices. This will include managing stock levels, resetting old equipment which has come back in, setting up & imaging devices ready to be sent out to new users and providing setup support for end customers. This will be for Dell laptops and Apple Macs (basic Apple Mac support can be provided).
Required Skills:
- Good desktop support experience
- Good experience of resetting and imaging desktop devices
- Good experience of supporting users deskside
- Excellent communication & stakeholder management experience
This position would suit a Desktop Support Technician / Desktop Technician / Desktop Engineer / Support Engineer / Support Analyst / Service Desk Analyst / Helpdesk Analyst / Helpdesk Technician / IT Technician, who has good experience of supporting desktop users and devices
This Desktop Support Technician contract position is looking to start ASAP, will be based in Frimley (no travel involved), paying between £130 - £165 / day (depending upon background and experience) - Limited / Umbrella Company
