Working for a leading technology company in the customer service team, the Customer Service Coordinator / Customer Service Administrator will be responsible for providing administration support for the whole organisation. This will include support over the phone, use of MS Excel spreadsheets, travel booking and general office admin.
The successful candidate will be required to undergo a criminal background check.
- Strong office administration and customer service experience
- Strong experience with using Microsoft Office, including MS Excel and MS Word
- Excellent organisation skills
- Excellent communication & customer service experience
This position would suit a Customer Service Coordinator / Customer Service Administrator / Office Administrator / Operations Administrator, who has strong experience of office administration and understanding of Microsoft Office applications.
This Customer Service Coordinator / Customer Service Administrator position is looking to start ASAP, will be based in Christchurch, Dorset, paying from £10 - £12 / hour (depending upon background and experience).
