Are you at the point in your career where you're ready to step into a Leadership role?

You're frustrated by the lack of investment for tech at your current company, and you need to be with an organisation where tech is taken seriously?

You're more than capable of doing the hands-on work - but you deserve to be recognised as a manager and have your expertise valued and respected.

Well read on…..

The welfare of health and medical professionals is a hot topic right now - and you could be part of a non-profit organisation who specialise in supporting healthcare staff.

No longer will you need to be constantly frustrated having to use clunky old technologies, as the new appointed CTO has brought in a massive investment to the tech division as we look to bring everything to Azure.

The IT delivery manager is now looking for an Azure Development specialist to lead a sub team of Azure Developers.

This is where YOU come in!

You will be leading the Cloud Development department, as we shake up our department and migrate from VM Ware/Data Centres to Azure.

As a natural leader, you will take ownership of the migration to Azure whilst overseeing a small development team, providing mentorship and managing performance with regular code reviews.

Your background in Azure Cloud Computing, team leadership and development will put you in a prime position to guide the department migration and define how the development team should be operated.

Working alongside architects, line manager and stakeholders, you will refine the current SDLC and apply your expertise to get the best out of the Azure system.

What's in it for you?

You will be a valued and respected member of the leadership team and work autonomously.

Salary ranges £60-80k depending on level experience, with hybrid working, flexi-hour policy and an excellent buy/sell holiday allowance plus a full range of benefits.

If you're interested in what you have heard so far and want to learn more, then why not get in touch?

This could be your opportunity to accelerate your career and take your step up on the podium to the leadership title.

Don't worry if your CV isn't up to date, just hit apply and we can discuss further.
