Your new challenge

You will provide 2nd/3rd line support to internal and external clients, whilst acting as an escalation point for the analyst within the team and work closely with the senior Service Management team.

You will support a range of applications and systems utilising:

  • Power Platform
  • Power Apps
  • Power Automate
  • Power BI
  • Dynamics365
  • Project Online (inc. Project for the Web)

Application Support Engineer required for a UK based Microsoft Partner.

WFH - 1/day/month in the office near Slough

Up to 45k basic

About you

You should consider yourself a Subject Matter Expert in Microsoft Power Platform or Microsoft Project and have some experience, but not all, supporting the following technologies:

  • Microsoft Dynamics 365
  • Project Online
  • Project for the Web
  • Project Server
  • Power Platform
    • Power Apps
    • Power Automate
    • Power BI
    • Power Virtual Agents
  • SharePoint Online
  • Azure DevOps
  • Microsoft Customer Voice
  • Microsoft SQL Scripting
  • Azure IaaS
  • Windows Active Directory
