£25,000 - £33,000 - depending upon background and experience.

Working within the customer support team of a leading technology company, the Application Support Analyst will be responsible for providing on-going support to the external customer base who use the product on a daily basis. This will include resolving any technical issues or questions from the customers over email, chat and phone. Any deep technical issues will be escalated to the software development and product development teams to fix. However, any technical support for use of the system, ongoing system training and answering daily questions from the customer will fall within this role. You will also support the business and customers will ongoing adoption and rollout of new software releases as they happen.

Required Skills:

- Excellent customer service experience

- Excellent communication skills and problem solving experience

- Experience of supporting customers who use an IT application or software product

- Technical understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript

- Enjoys a challenge and sees problems through to resolutions

This position would suit a Customer Support Analyst / Application Support Analyst / Product Analyst / Software Analyst / Software Support Analyst / Product Support Analyst, who has strong experience of supporting customers using an IT application / software product.

This Customer Support Analyst / Application Support Analyst position is looking to start ASAP, will be based in Portsmouth, Hampshire (2 days/week in the office), paying from £25,000 - £33,000, depending upon background and experience.
