Alliance Director

Fully remote

£70 - 90k basic + £30k bonus

£100 - 120k OTE

You'll play a vital role in this organisations mission of becoming a leading Microsoft Partner and Consultancy. It's your opportunity to be the trailblazer that stamps your name into the history of this company.

You'll be joining a Microsoft Partner with lots of momentum and investment and will play the main role in the identifying and onboarding of new channel partners as well as strengthening the organisations relationship with Microsoft.

Your new challenge

We know you can do the wining and dining - that's your bread and butter. In this role, you'll need to turn those dinner dates into on-boarded partners, partner leads registered and other tangible results.

You'll develop and execute channel strategy, drive revenue growth and collaborate closely with Microsoft stakeholders to identify and pursue new business opportunities.

This organisation is 35 people strong, so smaller than what you may be used to, however you'll have full autonomy and the freedom to do what you need to do. There's no red tape here. They also understand Partner Channel's take time to grow and you'll receive full support in delivering your strategy over the next 2-years.

About you

You'll come from a Microsoft Partner background and will be well known in your network with your own contacts. Some other skills and experience you'll bring..

  • Proven knowledge in channel alliances, partner management or business development.
  • In depth knowledge of Microsoft products and services.
  • Strong understanding of partner ecosystems and channel dynamics.
  • From a personal standpoint, you'll be motivated by results and outcomes with an entrepreneurial attitude.
