3rd Line Support Engineer, with a strong technical 3rd line infrastructure support background and experience of O365, Azure, VMware/Hyper-V ideally in a Managed Service Support environment, is required for a growing Managed Service Provider in Bournemouth, Dorset (extensive HOME BASED WORKING - once per month travel), paying from £32,000 - £35,000 + £2,000 shift allowance.

Working for a growing Managed Service Provider

£32,000 - £35,000 + £2,000 shift allowance

Shift work required - 4 days on / 4 days off, 7am-7pm shift pattern (days only, no night shifts)

Working for a growing Managed Service Provider the 3rd Line Support Engineer will be working on the technical support desk responsible for supporting the BAU support of the external customer base. This will include 3rd line infrastructure support across Windows Server, Azure, Office 365, virtualised environments in VMware / Hyper-V and networking technologies across DNS, DHCP and Group Policy. The successful candidate will be required to work on the shift pattern of: 4 days on/4 days off, 7am-7pm (days only, no night shifts).

Required Skills:

- Strong 3rd line infrastructure support background

- Excellent Windows Server experience

- Excellent experience of Azure, Office 365

- Excellent VMware/Hyper-V experience

- Strong networking experience across DNS, DHCP, Group Policy

- Excellent communication & stakeholder management experience

This position would suit a 3rd Line Support Engineer / 3rd Line Support Analyst / Technical Support Engineer / Technical Lead / Service Desk Engineer / Service Desk Analyst, who has strong 3rd line support experience across Azure and O365, ideally in a Managed Service environment.

This 3rd Line Support Engineer position is looking to start ASAP, will be HOME BASED with ad hoc travel to the client office in Bournemouth, Dorset (once per month), paying from £32,000 - £35,000 + £2,000 shift allowance, depending upon background and experience
