3rd Line Support Analyst
WFH – 1 day/month in the office near Chichester + local client site visits.
£30k - £40k basic
Your new challenge
You will be one of the most senior engineers out of a growing team of over 20 people. You will be the go-to person, the know-it-all of this MSPs service desk.
Your main responsibility will be to deal with the high priority and tickets escalated from the 1st and 2nd line team.
You will also be given the chance to get stuck into a variety of projects, and work effectively to ensure successful project delivery.
What's next for you? How does management or specialisation sounds? Because this MSP will help you every step of the way.
First and foremost, you should be an experienced 2nd/3rd line engineer.
It would be great if you had experience with some of the following technologies:
- Active Directory
- Azure AD
- Windows Server
MSP experience is beneficial but not a requirement.
