Working for a Managed Service Provider / IT Consultancy

£32,000 - £35,000

Working within the Infrastructure Services department of a Managed Service Provider / IT Consultancy, the 3rd Line Support Analyst / 3rd Line Service Desk Engineer will be responsible for providing 3rd line technical support to the company's external customer base. This will consist of Office 365, Azure, Windows Server technologies across Exchange and Active Directory / Azure AD setups. In addition, support experience across Microsoft Identity Manager, GPOs, AD Services, SSO and SMTP infrastructure. There is opportunities to get involved in supporting customer projects, including mail migration projects to Office 365.

Required Skills for this 3rd Line Support Analyst / 3rd Line Service Desk Engineer:

- Strong 3rd line support BAU background

- Extensive experience supporting Office 365 and Azure

- Good exposure to IT project delivery, including Office 365 migrations

- Good experience of Windows Server and Active Directory (Azure AD)

- Experience of supporting AD Services, SSO and SMTP infrastructure, Microsoft Identity Manager and GPOs

- Excellent communication & stakeholder management experience

This position would suit 3rd Line Engineer / 3rd Line Support Analyst / 3rd Line Support Engineer / Service Desk Engineer / Systems Administrator / Systems Engineer / Systems Analyst, who has strong experience of supporting Office 365 and Azure, including mail project migrations.

This 3rd Line Support Analyst / 3rd Line Service Desk Engineer position is looking to start ASAP, will be based in Portsmouth, Hampshire, paying from £32,000 - £35,000, depending upon background and experience.
