IT Support Analyst – 1st/2nd Line

Your Challenge

You'll be part of a dynamic and expanding team of skilled engineers, contributing to the delivery of internal IT support services for a user base of 1800 individuals across the organization.

As the IT Support Analyst, you will be supporting the entire administration across both 2nd line and 1st line support with their tech issues and tickets raised.

This is an opportune moment to join the organization, given the exciting array of new projects scoped for the upcoming year, including a variety of technologies from Networking, Infrastructure, and Cloud.

Therefore, you’ll start getting involved in some of the latest & greatest technologies across Microsoft 365 and Windows Server.

About You:

First and foremost, you should have some strong and knowledgeable experience providing both 1st and 2nd line IT support.

As an IT Support Technician you have some experience with the following technologies:

  • Windows Server
  • Active Directory
  • Office 365 technologies
  • Ideally M365 technologies across Azure, SharePoint, Intune, Endpoint
  • Networking topology, including routing, switching, DNS, DHCP, firewalls
  • Virtualisation technologies – VMware/Hyper-V
