This IT Service Provider have the IT support contract for a major Hedge End (Southampton) client and you will be sole MSP person on-site providing support for all users across the business – you’ll be the person making the difference to the company.
This will mostly be BAU support across Windows Server, networking, desktop and Microsoft Cloud technologies, however will involve ad hoc project delivery.

Required Skills:
- Excellent IT support across 2nd line, touching on 3rd line support
- Strong experience of Windows Server, Microsoft 365, networking and desktop support
- Ideally some experience of delivering project installs/migrations/deployments
- Excellent communication & stakeholder management experience
This position would suit an IT Support Analyst / Support Engineer / 2nd Line Support Analyst / 2nd Line Support Engineer / 3rd Line Support Engineer / Support Technician, who has strong experience of supporting Windows Server, M365, networking & desktop at a 2nd line support level.
This 2nd Line Support Engineer / Outsource Engineer position is looking to start ASAP, will be based full time in Hedge End (Southampton), paying from £30,000 - £35,000 (depending upon background and experience).
