Line Support Engineer

£25,000 - £30,000 basic



Your Challenge

Working for a growing and well-established IT Managed Service Provider, you will be responsible for providing remote support to their valued customers across Hampshire and South East England.

As a key member of their managed service setup, you will be responsible for managing and resolving support tickets escalated from the 1st line team. You will work closely with customers to ensure their technical issues are resolved efficiently and effectively.

They have a separate team which takes care of on-site support and projects. You'll have the opportunity to progress towards these areas or even specialise in a specific field, as they encourage professional development and growth.

About You:

First and foremost, you should be an experienced 2nd line engineer have experience supporting the following technologies:

  • Experience with Microsoft Office 365, Windows 7-10, Server 2008 - 2016

  • Experience with AD

  • Experience with Hyper-V

Previous experience of working in an MSP environment is advantageous.
