2nd Line Support Engineer

Client-site & office-based role

Based across Southampton, Fareham and Portsmouth.

£30k - £35k basic + company car

Your Challenge

You will be the dedicated support engineer to a variety of clients, all in a range of exciting and different industries. You will know the ins and outs of your client/stakeholder and their needs.

You will be responsible for providing 2nd line support and project delivery for a number of clients, located across client sites across Southampton to Chichester.

To keep things fresh, you would spend a couple of months at one client site before moving to a new client site. You will constantly be working with a range of technologies and stakeholders.

About You:

First and foremost, you should be an experienced 2nd line engineer. Outsource/field background is desired but not essential.

You should have experience supporting the following technologies:

Experience with all Microsoft Technologies - Office 365, Azure, Windows 7-10, Server 2012-2019, AD, Exchange, Hyper V, SQL Server

Experience with VoIP telephony, both hosted and on premise

Networking

Previous experience of working in an MSP environment is advantageous.
