Your new challenge

You'll be getting exposure to the latest technologies and will be supporting their current customers across infrastructure, networking, virtualisation and a focus on UC (Microsoft Teams). This role with get your brain thinking by dealing with both straightforward and complicated technical issues. No two days are the same!

If you don't consider yourself an UC / Microsoft Teams specialist, don't worry - further training and certifications will be provided to support the candidate on their journey.

2nd Line Support Analyst / Managed Services Analyst required for a UK based Microsoft Partner.

WFH - 1/day/month in the office near Slough

£26k - 32k basic

About you

You should come from a strong 2nd line support level (ideally from an MSP background) and have experience supporting the following technologies:

  • Azure AD and Office 365
  • Windows Server
  • Networking
  • SharePoint / One Drive
  • Virtualisation - VMware and Hyper-V
  • Microsoft Teams
