Working within the IT Service Desk / Helpdesk team of a growing Managed Service Provider, the 2nd Line Support Analyst will be responsible for providing 2nd line BAU support to managed service customers and dealing with major escalations from the 1st Line Service Desk team. This is a great opportunity for someone wanting to expand their career and exposure within MSP support. The technology environment is across Windows Server, Active Directory, Azure, Hyper-V, Windows 10 & Windows Mobile, networking (DNS, DHCP, routing & switching), Office 365 and IT hardware.
- Strong 2nd line IT support experience
- Previous experience of working for a managed service provider / IT Service Provider
- Good experience across Windows Server, Active Directory, Office 365
- Good awareness of Hyper-V or VMware, and networking across DNS, DHCP
- Ideally good Azure support experience
- Excellent communication & stakeholder management experience
This position would suit a 2nd Line Support Analyst / 2nd Line Analyst / Service Desk Analyst / IT Support Technician / IT Support Engineer / IT Technician / Helpdesk Support, who has strong experience in providing 2nd line support in an IT Services / Managed Services environment.
