Working on the IT service desk of a growing managed service provider, the 2nd Line Support Analyst / Service Desk Analyst will be responsible for troubleshooting technical 2nd line IT support queries raised from the 1st line support team. This will include working across Windows Server, Active Directory, Office 365 and Windows 10 technologies, Hyper-V, and networking technologies across DNS, DHCP and Group Policies. There will be opportunities to get exposure to 3rd line support issues and project delivery aspects.
- Strong 2nd line support background
- Experience across Windows Server, Office 365, Exchange and Active Directory
- Experience of Hyper-V or VMware
- Experience of DNS, DHCP and Group Policies
- Ideally experience of working for a Managed Service Provider
- Excellent communication & stakeholder management experience
This position would suit a 2nd Line Support Analyst / Service Desk Analyst / IT Technician, who has strong 2nd line support experience across Windows Server, Office 365, Active Directory and Hyper-V/VMware and DNS/DHCP/Group Policies.
