This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced 2nd Line / 3rd Line Support Analyst / Service Desk Analyst to join a growing team of experts to provide personal and professional IT support. This organisation uses the latest and greatest technology and is continuing to expand. You will be supporting their diverse client base through telephone and remote support across Windows Server, networking, Cloud - O365 and Azure.

The company can be flexible on the level of experience of the individual joining. You will either be a 2nd Line Support Analyst, a 3rd Line Support Analyst or perhaps doing a mixture of 2nd and 3rd line. However, whichever level you join there will be extensive training and support available to help push and progress your career in the right direction. The right attitude, character and personality is more important for this organisation.


For this 2nd Line / 3rd Line Support Analyst / Service Desk Analyst role, you will have:

  • Good knowledge in Windows Server, Active Directory, Office 365 and Windows 10 technologies
  • Fantastic customer service and communication skills
  • Excellent problem solving skills
  • A keen desire to learn and keep up to date with all the latest tech
  • Experience within a Managed Service Provider

This position would suit a 2nd Line Support Analyst / 3rd Line Support Analyst / Support Engineer / IT Technician / Service Desk Analyst / Service Desk Engineer / Helpdesk Support / Helpdesk Analyst / Helpdesk Engineer, with strong 2nd line or 3rd line support experience across Windows Server and Microsoft cloud, previously within a Managed IT Service environment.


A competitive salary of circa £25,000 - £35,000 is available for the right candidate, depending upon background, level and experience. This role will be office based where you will quickly learn from other members of your team. This organisation is a top tier IT services provider who are really looking to grow and develop their employees.
