2nd Line / 3rd line Application Support Analyst required for a leading and rapidly growing technology organisation in Southampton. This role will be home based, but you must be local to Southampton for being on-call (1 week in 5).

This is a great opportunity for an ambitious and experienced 2nd Line / 3rd line Application Support Analyst to join an established and expanding technology company in Southampton. You will be critical to the 2nd line and 3rd line application support of bespoke software solutions. You will support and maintain business systems through monitoring, configuration and administration of the current infrastructure.
Full and ongoing certification and training support. You will also benefit from working alongside industry-leading technology professionals and working with the latest technologies.
For this Application Support Analyst role, you must have:
- Strong application & systems support experience
- Technical experience/knowledge of installations, configuration and security
- Good experience across Windows Server and ideally Linux
- Technical experience/knowledge with virtualised environments such as Hyper-V, VMware
- Basic understanding of SQL
- Excellent communication skills.
