2nd Line Service Desk Analyst required for a growing and dynamic Managed Service Provider based in Ringwood. As a Service Desk Analyst, you will be providing high quality IT support to their clients across the UK.


This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced 2nd Line Service Desk Analyst to join a growing team of experts to provide personal and professional IT support. This organisation uses the latest and greatest technology and is continuing to expand. You will be supporting their diverse client base through telephone and remote support.


For this 2nd Line Service Desk Analyst role, you will have:

  • Good knowledge in Windows Server, Active Directory, Office 365 and Windows 10 technologies
  • Fantastic customer service and communication skills
  • Excellent problem solving skills
  • A keen desire to learn and keep up to date with all the latest tech
  • Experience within a Managed Service Provider is a bonus


A competitive salary of circa £25k p/a is available for the right candidate. This role will be office based where you will quickly learn from other members of your team. This organisation is a top tier IT services provider who are really looking to grow and develop their employees.
