£18,000-£22,000, depending upon background and experience.
Working within the IT Service Desk team of a growing Managed Service Provider, the 1st Line Support Technician will be responsible for providing 1st line BAU support for both applications and infrastructure products and solutions.
- Previous 1st Line support / Service Desk experience
- Good experience across PC hardware and MS server operating Systems
- Strong Customer Service Skills
- Good understanding of Office 365, Active Directory and Group Policies
- Good understanding of Windows Server and networking technologies
- Ideally previous experience of working for a managed service provider / IT Service Provider - not essential
This position would suit a 1st Line Support Technician / Service Desk Analyst / Helpdesk Analyst / IT Support Technician / IT Support Engineer / IT Technician who has s experience in providing 1st line support in an IT Services / Managed Services environment.
This 1st Line Support Technician position is looking to start ASAP, will be based near Bournemouth paying from £18,000 - £22,000, depending upon background and experience
