£18,000 - £23,000 basic

Your Challenge

Working on the busy service desk, you will be responsible for all basic troubleshooting and support. You will be the first point of contact and escalate issues/tickets when required.

This is a fantastic opportunity for any IT enthusiast who is starting their journey or is wanting training and support from industry experts.

About You:

First and foremost, you should have previous IT experience or qualifications.

You should have experience working with Windows and Office 365.

You should have good customer service and interpersonal skills.
