Working on the IT service desk of a growing technology company, the 1st Line Support Analyst / Service Desk Analyst will be the first point of contact for any IT support queries raised. You will be responsible for basic triage and troubleshooting and escalating any major technical issues to the 2nd line support team. This will include setting up new users / password resets and hardware/software issues, across Windows Server, Active Directory, Office 365 and Windows 10 technologies.
- Strong 1st line support background
- Experience across Office 365, Exchange and Active Directory
- Experience of Windows Server and Windows 10
- Excellent communication & stakeholder management experience
This position would suit a 1st Line Support Analyst / Service Desk Analyst / IT Technician, who has strong 1st line support experience across Office 365, Active Directory and Windows Server technologies.
