Working within the IT and Transformation team of a growing organisation, the 1st Line Support Technician will be responsible for providing 1st line BAU support for desktop, software, applications and infrastructure.

Top priorities for this organisation: Career Progression, Staff Engagement and Technology.

Required Skills:

- Previous 1st Line support / Service Desk experience

- Good experience across PC hardware and understanding of MS server operating Systems

- Strong Customer Service Skills

- Good understanding of Office 365, Active Directory and Group Policies

This position would suit a 1st Line Support Technician / Service Desk Analyst / Helpdesk Analyst / IT Support Technician / IT Support Engineer / IT Technician / IT Support Administrator

This 1st Line Service Desk Analyst / Support Technician position is looking to start ASAP, will be based in Central Brighton paying from £20,000 - £26,000, depending upon background and experience
