South Coast Summit 2023 - Fastest Lap Competition - Terms and Conditions
By entering the fastest lap competition, you are agreeing to these prize draw terms and conditions.
The competition is being run by Mexa Solutions Limited (Registered in England & Wales No. 09688285).
Eligibility to enter
The competition is open to entrants over 16 years of age and attendees of the South Coast Summit 2023.
In entering the competition, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and eligible to claim any prize you may win.
You can enter the competition as many times as you want, but only your fastest lap will be a contender.
The competition is free to enter.
How to enter
To enter the competition simply fill out the Microsoft Forms form with your details, and race on our simulator.
Mexa Solutions will not accept responsibility if contact details provided are incomplete or inaccurate.
The prize
The prize will be a Track Day Driving Experience via Red Letter Days.
Mexa Solutions’ use of particular brands as prizes does not imply any affiliation with or endorsement of such brands.
The winner will be the person who gets the fastest lap time on the Red Bull Ring track driving the Lamborghini Huracán STO, on the day of the competition (14th October 2023).
The prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternatives will be offered.
We reserve the right to substitute prizes with another prize of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond our control make it necessary to do so.
The decision of Mexa Solutions regarding any aspect of the prize draw is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it.
Winner announcement
The winner will be notified after 16th October 2023 via the email/phone number provided during subscription.
Mexa Solutions will attempt to contact the winner by email/phone up to two times.
If the winner does not respond to the emails/messages notifying them of their win within 14 days of the second email/phone call, they will lose their right to the prize, and Mexa Solutions reserves the right to choose and notify a new winner.
Receipt of the prize
The prize will be emailed to you within 14 days of confirmation of winning.
You consent to any personal information you provide in entering the prize draw being used by Mexa Solutions for the purposes of administering the prize draw, and for those purposes as defined within our privacy notice.
The winner agrees to the release of their first name and place of work to any other prize draw participants if requested via Mexa Solutions.
An announcement of the winners first name and place of work will be made via Mexa Solutions’ social media channels (LinkedIn/Facebook/X/Instagram).
By entering into this competition and registering your details, you agree to be contacted by Mexa Solutions for marketing and/or recruitment services.
Mexa Solutions does not accept any liability for any damage, loss, injury, accident or illnesses or disappointment suffered by any entrants as a result of either participating in the competition or being selected for a prize, save that Mexa Solutions does not exclude its liability for death or personal injury as a result of its own negligence.
Mexa Solutions accepts no responsibilities for the possessions of drivers or spectators. However, Mexa Solutions accepts no liability for the damage of items caused by the use of simulators.
Mexa Solutions does not provide any form of practical or IT support for this prize. On receipt, all responsibilities relating to warranty and the experience claiming dates are that of the prize winner.
General
Mexa Solutions reserves the right to cancel the competition or amend these terms and conditions at any time, without prior notice.
The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
